   Excellent answer couldn’t have said it better myself. This is the reason
   why people are told to take the middle price on average because they know
   that the price which is way too low is no good probably because of the
   quality and knowledge of the painters or let’s say people maybe not even
   painters, and the other one where they tried to rob you by asking way too
   much and possibly they don’t even give you a very good paint job. Of course
   it is always best to check references before you proceed signing any
