Think you cannot paint? You can!
I created The Idaho Painter an alternative to to big box DIY video shows that have actors who only act like they can paint but really can barely act. My mission is to shatter the barriers of entry into painting and convince people that it can be a lot of fun painting and painting fun little projects on your own without an expensive professional painter. No experience is necessary.

I really used flat paint.do you recomend apply another coat using airless machine or roller?
Just bought a Graco airless sprayer to paint my mother in laws house got the body done, whats your recommendation on the underneath fascia boards mask off the stucco and spray or just use a brush and roll whats quickest way? Thanks for the help
I really enjoy your videos. I want to try painting my house. Are the Home Depot Graco brand sprayers good? And if so what model do you recommend? Thank you.
Can you tell how to paint stucco statue
My house has a synthetic – Sonnowall – application. Is the prep the same for synthetic vs. cement based stuccos?
Hey again Chris. How do you determine when you need to backroll and when you don’t? Stucco texture on my house is a pretty fine grain texture, similar to the one in the vid, but I’ve seen your other vids where you don’t backroll. Thanks.
Chris Joe from JHB PAINTING-SERVICES how do you like using sherlastic elastomeric for stucco
i wish i had some place to go and learn how to paint in real, class just for woman .i cant find class like that in florida.
Chris, great videos..have been watching them for some time now…did you guys ever make a video on spraying eaves and fascia with regards to overspray protection from the roof? I’ve been waiting on that video…thx again
Hi Chris,
I appreciate your video. I can borrow a spray gun, but would rather not if I don’t need to. If I’m painting stucco trim that is less than 8 inches wide, should I bother spraying first or is a roller good enough?
this nigga chris so cold
Don’t you have to power wash most stucco before you paint it. I have an extremely rough finish on mine and it’s very dirty. I would think it would need power washing.
what sprayer would I use to do roofing elasomertic ?
Hey man… I went to the link with the shirts and there’s a sprayer and so other stuff… But I didn’t see that handle thing that holds the cut cardboard I want… What’s the link to the store site that has that item and others ( tools) that will help me make my work better???? Thanks, Dave
Hey man. Long time viewer 1st question and just sub (I thought I was already subscribed) can u do a video on condition and repairing stucco. I like watching your vids. I learn a lot from them. I work for a paint store and I need to know more about how our stuff is working and how it it’s being applied by professionals like ur self m. Thanks man
I got a jib painting some nasty poop splash stucco and don’t have access to a spray gun, it’s a nightmare to say the least.
please I good person that teach me how to produce stucco paint
what kind of grout caulk are you using
I’m glad you show people to backroll, We do large buildings and use 18″ rollers and are always asked why we do it, also one tip that I learned about 30 years ago is to get a roll of roofing paper for protecting the concrete, its cheap and can give a great straight line without tape. Great Video!!
muy buenos los videos
