What spray machine where you using?
I’m using a graco 695
The dots are nail heads that were slightly rusty so they were primed with a cold galv primer.
Okay, awesome! I just bought a smaller one to yours It’s the Graco Magnum LTS 15 It will be my first time using one, I have my fence & a garden shed to paint hopefully this will give me some practice to make a few extra bucks on the side…
Do you any recommendations on doing my shed & fence?
Just make sure you prepare them before you start getting trigger happy with your new toy.
LOL, yes I will, thank you
am about to paint my house(brick veneer) , what thinning agent do use and what ratio? . keep up the great work with the vids
are you in Australia?
This video has been helpful for siding like Rustic Vee or Bevel, but what about Board-and-Batten type of siding? I have done about 100sqm and got another 500sqm to do. The problem is I get two much paint what ever technique I try. The base board is saw(ruff) surface while the batten on the contruary is a routed profile(fine surface). Any chance you will post a video on that type of siding in the close future?
What tip size did you use for this paint?
You don’t back roll?
Nice job, Great Videos.
Thank You
What kind of paint and what paint texture r u Using I e flat semi gloss matte?
Hi. I have a quick question. I have to paint the back section of my house. It is two stories high. The length of it is very long. I was going to do 2 boards at a time on a ladder. But i want to make sure it blends correctly. So I think I have to keep moving the ladder as I go. Do you know what I mean ? Left to right. Or can i just paint 3-5 boards 6 feet in length and just keep stepping down the ladder ? Then move the ladder and start at the top again. Your videos are the best I have seen yet. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
no safety mask? no proper scaffolding? puff where the hell do you live?
Hi, what were all those dark patches on the wall before you painted them. Are they covering the nails??
No mask stupid!
Great video, thanks mate. (I have no experience in full-house painting), how do you find paint usage compared to brushing? (I guess the increase in work efficiency negates anything else?, “time is money”.)
When my house was painted 13 years ago by airless, I was surprised, but the painter said at the time “you get a thicker, more even coat”. He was also a big fan of the finish from an airless.
no mask and NO MASKING on gutter and pipe… Nice
gud job, I agree with doin d job in managble sections and not running along like an idiot with d spray gun in hand. great video 4 those who are new r thinking about doin a bit of spraying this man knows his stuff.
Super fast painting. Good job 🙂
you’re not comfortable with a spray gun are you?
too slow
I could paint that wall in 2 minutes with a extension pole attached to the gun
and crisscross it
lot of over spray. now time to clean the downspout and gutter. lol
no safety glasses ??? wow
Ok first thing he wasn’t using a respirator. 2nd no back rolling? I back roll every spray job I do. It’s what helps paint or stain adhere to the wood. Now to the point of not masking anything off. If your not going to mask at least use a HVLP sprayer. Remember you lose about 80 percent of your paint to the atmosphere after your airless sprayer oxidizes it.

no respirator eh?
Thanks for the vid mate. Info was useful. Although gaining some knowledge from watching your video i think I’ve also lowered my IQ reading some of those comments keep up the good work mate
I really enjoy your videos and its obvious you are a great tradesman! If I may ask, in connection to spray speed, when you spray a stroke or pass, do you slightly undercover it so that when you overlap it fills it in and up to a wet coat? or is each pass done at a speed that its a wetcoat and then gets hit again a bit more when you overlap it? And is that thickness of coat the same for primer and enamel etc…? If you had the time to respond to this I would really appreciate your experience
What size tip are you using and what’s the product that you put over the nail holes is it like an edger?
I got so sick of dust masks, either the elastic band would snap putting it on or my face gets red, itchy or sweaty. I use a teatowel folded into a triangle and tie it at the back of my head, covers my face from bottom of the eyes down to the throat, can wear glasses or goggles without them fogging up from breathing, you may look like a cowboy but its the best it’s gold, works fantastic. Look after your lungs, your health.
Your not very good with the sprayer
Now this guy is a clown …. You cant reach that with the wand attachment. Your supposed to be a highly skilled painter but yet you kocked your excess paint in the bucket over. Your a FUCKING MORON
wand? swivel? i would have been fired if i was seen without a 2ft wand spraying out exteriors. this guy is bush. production and quality are possible
